Very easy moutainbike trail ideal for beginners

The Alpkogel Trail starts directly on the eastern side of the exit area of the Alpkogelbahn mountain station at an altitude of 1,970 meters. The trail stretches over a length of 6.68 kilometers. Additionally, it is the only route that runs entirely from the mountain station down to the valley station of the Alpkogelbahn, forming the central axis of the Galtür Trail Park.

The autoroute (A12 (westbound) or A14 (eastbound)) leads you to the Arlbergschnellstraße (S 16). At the exit for Pians, turn onto the Paznauntalstraße (B 188) and follow its course into the Paznaun.

With the railway station in Landeck, the Paznaun is optimally connected to the Austrian train network. From Landeck-Zams station, only a short bus ride separates you from the Paznaun. Every half hour, line bus 260 runs from there through the valley. Bus stop: Galtür Wirl/Birkhahnbahn
