Hotel Lenz

In our Hotel Lenz in the middle of See, right next to the cable car, we love and live hospitality. We are currently looking for reinforcements at the reception. Here you are the contact person and a beaming face in the foreground for our guests and you and your team ensure that they lack nothing from arrival to departure. We entrust you with the following tasks, among others:

Warm welcome from our guests
Guest check-in and check-out
direct contact for our guests in all matters
close cooperation with other departments
Creating offers and processing and booking reservations
Conducting consultation and sales talks
Answering telephone and personal inquiries from guests
Information about in-house offers, excursion possibilities and additional services
Creation of invoices and administrative activities

You enjoy working with guests and colleagues
You are a communicative personality with a positive and warm charisma
You have good knowledge of German and English
Team spirit, commitment as well as responsibility and quality awareness are a matter of course for you
You have completed training in the tourism / hotel-specific area or similar.
