Whenever possible we make it our priority to source produce from our locals suppliers. Convenience foods and flavour enhancers are banned from our kitchen. What´s more, we believe that it is extremely important to channel our time and creative finesse into the preparation and further development of our dishes rather than decorative touches...

Since we offer authentic, light cuisine from the local region, we recommend you consider accompanying your meal with an outstanding choice of wine from our well stocked wine cellar. It features a highly attractive selection of wines, the majority of which come from Austria´s top wine growers....Please let us know whether you prefer glutenfree meals or a lactose intolerance should be considered....
