K.17 Almstüberl lodge - Hausberg

Medium-difficulty hike from the mountain station to the Almstüberl and the Hausberg

The tour begins with the ascent on the Diasbahn cable car in Kappl. From the mountain station, a forest road leads in around an hour to the rustic Almstüberl, which invites you to take a well-earned rest. For those who want to go a little higher, the 30-minute ascent to the local mountain "Hausberg" is worthwhile. Once at the top, you will be rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Paznaun mountains.
The return journey follows the same route.

With the railway station in Landeck, the Paznaun is optimally connected to the Austrian train network. From Landeck-Zams station, only a short bus ride separates you from the Paznaun. Every half hour, line bus 260 runs from there through the valley. Bus stop: Kappl Bergbahn
