• You manage the resort operationally – ensuring satisfied guests, good figures and excellent positioning
• You will be involved in the marketing and sales of the resort and manage the processes in the resort from managing the employees to
• Reporting to the management and maintaining contact with cooperation partners through to representing the company on the local market
• You complete and supervise your own team, coordinate the operational activities and ensure a motivated team
• Working with modern and future-oriented hotel, IT and communication systems is a matter of course for you

• Enjoy working with international guests and colleagues, warm demeanor and humor
• Experience in positioning and operational management of a company of comparable size
• Ability to inspire colleagues and support them in their development
• You are a doer – and openly admit when you have done something wrong
• You bring not only your skills, but also your character
• Good knowledge of German and English
• EU passport or existing work permit required
