After more than 3.5 years as Director of Marketing (Brands & Partners, Communication and Events), Saskia Schweiger is leaving the TVB Paznaun - Ischgl. This decision has been made on the best of terms with the tourism association.
Saskia Schweiger, who was responsible for a wide range of areas in her role as director and made a decisive contribution to the integration of a holistic marketing and communication strategy for Paznaun, will remain with the tourism association until mid-June. It is particularly important to her to manage the remaining winter season together with the tourism association team and to hand over ongoing projects in an organised manner.
"Leaving the Paznaun - Ischgl Tourism Association is of course not easy for me and I look back on the past years with many emotions and unforgettable impressions. At the same time, I am delighted that I was able to contribute to the further development of this successful and world-renowned destination. I would like to thank the board around Chairman Alexander von der Thannen, Managing Director Thomas Köhle, the entire TVB with its members and especially my team, who have travelled this path with me. Great work is done every day in this association, which plays a significant role in the success of the tourism destination with international appeal," says Saskia Schweiger, who will continue her future career with the Swarco Raiders Tirol as Head of Marketing & Communication.
The board of the Paznaun - Ischgl Tourism Association wishes the outgoing director all the best for her future career and would like to thank her for her consistently responsible commitment: "Saskia and her team have strengthened the main themes in the villages of Ischgl, Galtür, Kappl and See based on the "Alpine Paradise" strategy, revised the logos and websites, established a uniform brand and visual language as well as new event series such as 'Spring Blanc' in spring and 'Golden Summits' in autumn with a wide reach. On behalf of the entire board, I would like to express my sincere thanks for the dedicated and successful work," says Alexander von der Thannen, Chairman of the Paznaun - Ischgl Tourist Board.
